Billing and renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed in euros monthly or annually, according to your choice. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront. Applicable taxes and the final total appear in checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Cancellation and plan changes
Cancel using Manage billing in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Upgrades may incur a prorated charge displayed by Stripe; downgrades take effect at renewal. Stored locations remain saved when over your allowance, but use is limited to your active plan.
Usage
AI reply allowances reset monthly, including on annual subscriptions. Unused allowances do not roll over. Review management and AI replies do not guarantee revenue, customers or search ranking.
